Registration for 2009 VI Raiders

Attention all 2009 Vancouver Island Raiders,

We are now conducting registration for the 2009 season. All players must complete a CJFL registration and provide a legible photocopy of their:

• Birth certificate
• Drivers license (or other photo identification)
• Provincial Health Care Card

All players in the Nanaimo area are asked to drop by the Raiders office at 2030 Boxwood Rd to fill out their registration. Registration forms will be available at the office for you to complete and please bring your 3 pieces of required identification.

For those players who need to fax in registrations, the form can be found under the "2009 Main Camp Info" banner and can be faxed in, along with a photocopy of the required identification to 250-754-3116. We ask that this please be done as soon as possible.

REMINDER: Please complete the online CCES Drug Course and email your certificate to akudelis@hotmail.com or print it off and bring it into the office with you for registration.
