6 Steps to Complete registration - 2023

Step 1. CANADIAN CENTRE FOR ETHICS IN SPORT- True Sport Clean

True Sport Clean is a comprehensive e-learning course addressing topics in clean sport and anti-doping.
Completing True Sport Clean fulfills the annual education requirement under the Canadian Anti-Doping Program (CADP)

-New Players create and account HERE using Key Name: 2023-CJFL
-Returning Players Login HERE
-New Players Once your profile is complete, wait for your dashboard to reload.
-This may take up to 10 min
Under ‘My Courses” Select
- New Players - True Sport Clean Course (The course will take 1.5 - 2 hrs to complete)
- Returning Players - True Sport Clean Review
Once Complete, on your dashboard select “My Certificates”
Take a screenshot of your True Sport Clean Certificate - Save for future steps

STEP 2. CONCUSSION INFORMATION & CONSENT FORM

Download the BCPFA Concussion Information Sheet HERE
PRINT, READ and SIGN the second page
-if you are under 19 you will need a Parent/Guardian Signature as well
Save a copy of the signed document for future steps

STEP 3. UNDER THE AGE OF 19?

If you are over 19 skip to Step 4

Download the Under Age Player Form HERE
Print & Complete the form
Save a copy of the signed document for future steps

Step 4. OFFICIALLY REGISTER WITH THE CJFL

**This is different from the Spring Camp Registration**
