The Vancouver Island Raiders are proud to announce that five players have been named to the 2025 British Columbia Football Conference (BCFC) All-Star Team, recognizing their outstanding performance and leadership throughout the season.
Each of these athletes played a key role in helping the Raiders return to the playoffs for the first time since 2021 and solidify the teamās place among the BCFCās elite programs.
š”ļø Israel Waitman ā Defensive Back
A true game-changer in the secondary, Israel Waitman turned heads across the league with his playmaking ability and lockdown coverage.

Waitmanās combination of range, instincts, and leadership made him one of the top defensive backs in the CJFL, consistently matching up against opponentsā best receivers and delivering impact plays in crucial moments.
š¦ Felice Toscano ā Defensive Back
The Raidersā captain and veteran leader, Felice Toscano, followed up his 2024 All-Canadian season with another All-Star selection in 2025.

Known for his football IQ and relentless energy, Toscano anchored a Raiders defence that finished second overall in the BCFC this season.

Few players in the conference made a bigger impact in the trenches than Tani Wisdom. His speed, leverage, and power off the edge fuelled one of the best defensive fronts in Raider history.

On the offensive side of the ball, Parker Moscrip delivered a breakout season, earning All-Star honours for his production and reliability.
